Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of online shopping, it is often the case that the recipient’s expectations are not met.
Thrift Me Hard, supporting E-Commerce, not only gives you a full description of each product’s sizing and state, but also supports client service, which means that if you have ANY question about any product, you can contact our company via email, phone or social media (preferably instagram).
If even after our help, you don’t like the product and wish to return it, you can do so by replacing it with another of equal or greater value by following the instructions below:

Returns are accepted within 14 working days from the day on the receipt and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. In this case, you will be charged for the cost of returning the product as well as for resending the product of your choice.
Returns are only accepted when the product is in the same condition as in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging being unsealed or tampered with. For this reason, it is advisable to check the condition of the products and the intactness of the packaging upon delivery of the order, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, incorrect contents, etc.).
GREECE & EUROPE: The visitor/user has the right to request a refund within the time limit of withdrawal and if the conditions of return and withdrawal are met. Refunds are made by the company’s accounting department within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned products. In the event that your request for a refund is not due to the fault of the company, the shipping costs of the first shipment AND the cost of the return are deducted from the refunded amount.
ANYWHERE OUTSIDE EUROPE: If the client lives outside Europe, the company does NOT accept neither returns nor refunds.
